Quality Assurance and Responsibility
Within our factory we have developed a reliable system for quality assurance which is centred on individual and collective responsibility for every product our plant manufactures.
From initial contact through to final delivery, every effort is made to ensure that at each stage of our production process, quality is monitored in order to ensure that the expectations of our customers are consistently met.
In addition to an emphasis on individual staff members assuming responsibility for their input, each production department has an individual who is responsible for checking work for both quality and correctness to instruction. All work is checked prior to progressing to the next operation.
