Customer Stock Storage
We operate an on-line stock call-off system for many of our customers, enabling longer, more economical print runs to be produced and stored in our warehouse.
Items that are required to be stored are boxed, labeled and given a stock address on our system which enables rapid picking of items called off.
Online Customer Stock Control
The customer then has access to a passworded internet-based stock control system which automatically notifies Mayfield of the stock call-offs and delivery details. The system is also able to prompt re-orders as pre-agreed minimum stock levels are reached.
The access granted is able to take into account multiple users from the same company and each user can be given customised access levels to the system.
